Every puppy that is purchased from Legend Lake Golden Retrievers begins with an application. If you are seriously considering owning a puppy, please fill out the following form and we will contact you. All the information included is strictly for our use and we will never share your information with anyone. We feel responsibile for every puppy bred at Legend Lake. Making sure they are placed in secure loving homes is our #1 priority.
